Midas Furniture is   looking for  experienced Customer Service Staff to take responsibility for day to day activities in the Customer Service Department in Kuwait. The responsibilities are both  demanding and challenging but the rewards will be satisfying.

 

Roles and Responsibility:

·  Interact with customers and employees to provide unparalleled levels of customer service

·  Resolve questions and complaints effectively and efficiently.

·  Provide excellent customer service through the entire supply chain process

·  Monitor and manage promotional activities according to set guidelines

·  Monitor and manage customer delivery scheduling

·  Maintain customer data base

·  Manage, utilize, control and protect company assets

·  Ensure compliance to company policy and guidelines

·  Compliance to Health and Safety guidelines

·  Security
