growth and expansion in the Middle East region. We are looking for
experienced Customer Service staff for the Home Furniture Division in Kuwait.
The role of the Customer Service is to handle day to day customer service
activities like answering customer inquiries about products and services.
He/she also will be responsible for dealing with customer’s complaints and
deliveries, resolving product or service problems and coordinating between warehouse
delivery team and customers.
manage large amounts of incoming calls
customers and assist them in a courteous, enthusiastic, helpful and timely
customers’ needs and wants.
and register customers issues related to the exchange or returns of products and
assist to resolve them.
customer’s products delivery, through coordinating between warehouse delivery
team and customers.
closely with the sales team to implement customer suggested improvement in the
other duties as instructed, to contribute to the effective management of the
customer service functions.
