Customer Service


Midas Furniture is a multimillion dollar company which is experiencing phenomenal growth and expansion in the Middle East region. We are looking for experienced Customer Service staff for the Home Furniture Division in Kuwait. The role of the Customer Service is to handle day to day customer service activities like answering customer inquiries about products and services. He/she also will be responsible for dealing with customer’s complaints and deliveries, resolving product or service problems and coordinating between warehouse delivery team and customers.

Roles and Responsibility:

·         Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls

·         Greet customers and assist them in a courteous, enthusiastic, helpful and timely manner.

·         Determine customers’ needs and wants.

·         Receive and register customers issues related to the exchange or returns of products and assist to resolve them.

·         Arrange customer’s products delivery, through coordinating between warehouse delivery team and customers.

·         Work closely with the sales team to implement customer suggested improvement in the showroom.

·         Perform other duties as instructed, to contribute to the effective management of the customer service functions.

·         Languages – English and Arabic are essential

Job Requirements

·         Bachelor degree is preferable 

·         Good command of computer and Internet usage.

·         Highly presentable and positive attitude.

·         Arab speakers only.

·         2-3 years’ experience Customer Service.

·         Transferable residency.
