- I have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the website before I made my payment.
- The Company grants the Customer the right to store the goods for a free period of two (2) months as of the purchasing date, and at the end of this period, the customer is entitled to extend the storage period for another thirty (30) days at its own expense against paying a daily fee of (0.2%) of the invoice value to the Company.
- If the invoice is canceled or the total free and additional storage period exceeds ninety (90) days, the customer's right to claim the goods shall be lost and the free period shall be canceled and payable. The Customer shall be obligated to pay the value of daily storage fee as of the purchasing date, and it shall be deducted if the amount is recovered.
- Customers in the state of Kuwait have the right to change or return the purchased items according to the rules, regulations and decisions of the country, and the amount is returned to the account within 15 working days from the date of the return.
- Customers in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Jordan have the right to change or return the purchased items within 24 hours in case of manufacturer’s defect and/or non-compliance with the specifications on condition that these defects are not apparent while purchasing, these items shouldn't be on sale or included in promotional campaign or the last piece item, also items that are impossible to be re-packaged and wrapped within the same carton such as accessories, etc.. Mattresses, bed linen, pillows, towels and any related items can’t be returned for health reasons. The company provides maintenance service within 3 days from the date of receipt, which does not include misuse, and spare parts are at the expense of the customer.
- Customers of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Jordan have the right to cancel the invoice and refund the amount within 7 days from the date of its issuance, provided that the goods are not received. They are also entitled to exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that it is not received, and upon cancellation after that, the amount becomes a credit balance for the customer for a period of six months, taking into account the storage fee, and the amount is returned to the account within 21 working days from the date of the return.
- Company is not responsible for any damage or lost parts of the products after the customer revises, checks and receives them wrapped whether these products have been installed or not . The company is not responsible for fixing, modification, removal, or change of electrical products and all of them are working on (220-240) volts.
- All products that need to be hung on the walls are the responsibility of the customer and with his approval.
- The company offers free installation service and free delivery if the distance of delivery area doesn't exceed 150 kilometers from the site of the company, otherwise the customer has to pay the delivery charge. Delivery charge should be paid at the showroom before delivery and it is calculated as follows : (2.5%) of the invoice value for the distances of 150 to 200 km, (3 %) of the invoice value for the distances between 200 and 250 km, (5 %) of the invoice value for the distances between 250 and 300 km. If the customer isn't present at delivery time and the products returned to the warehouse, he has to pay it again, and so on.
- The free delivery and installation service does not include invoices whose value is less than 1000 Saudi or Qatari riyals, 75 Kuwaiti dinars, or 175 Jordanian dinars, and the service is provided for a fee of 75 Saudi or Qatari riyals, 5 Kuwaiti dinars, or 10 Jordanian dinars, to be paid before delivery. If the customer isn't present at delivery time and the products returned to the warehouse, he has to pay it again, etc..
- In case the customer want to change the delivery date he has to call the company by at least 48 hours before the agreed date and another date to be fixed depending on available times in delivery schedule, and if the customer didn't call, or wasn't present in delivery place or not answering the phone, then he has to pay for delivery. Delivery charge should be paid at the showroom before delivery.
- The customer declares that he purchased the items after checking all the necessary measurements of both the product and the space that the product will go in. He ensures that the spaces will accommodate the purchased items.
- The company is not responsible for any consequences for leaving products at the site of delivery "out of the customer's house", if there is not enough space or the inadequacy of the colors or the products couldn't be entered from the main entrances or interior stairs. In case of entering the product(s) by cranes or other tools, this will be at the expense of the customer and his responsibility.
- The company provides the customer in whose name the invoice is registered with a maintenance service for a one year from the date of receipt against manufacturing defects (not including misuse) for the goods that are installed by the company and have not been transported, and if spare parts are required, they will be at the expense of the customer.
- In the event that the company fails to deliver the goods, the customer is not entitled to claim any compensation and is entitled to a full refund.
- Despite the continuous follow-up of the available products and our constant keenness to provide accurate information about the service and the availability of products on our website (such as prices, out of stock or unavailability, product features, specifications, product images, etc.), nevertheless, errors may occur from time to time, and if your order is not available, we will inform you, and at that time you can refund the value of your order if payment has been made or exchange it for another product.
- We are also keen to ensure that the colors and images of products on the website are as accurate as possible, but the accuracy of the colors and images of products depends on the resolution of your screen (we cannot guarantee an accurate display of any color on your screen). You should read the description of the product.
- The website can not confirm the price and total cost of the product until the payment process is completed online. If a product is listed and invoiced at an incorrect price (or under incorrect information) due to a technical error, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to reaffirm your order at the correct price or cancel this order, and the Site is also entitled to cancel your order and notify you of this cancellation.
- When the invoice is made through the sales team or the website and the invoice is sent on the customer's WhatsApp and the products and quantities are reviewed by the invoice, the customer acknowledges that he has seen the terms and conditions of the website and that he has accepted and agreed to all that is stated therein.
