Orders & Delivery

  • What is the cost of delivery and installation?
    Delivery and installation are free to all areas inside Kuwait.
  • What is the delivery time for orders?
    We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible after confirming them via email. A customer service representative shall contact you within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your order to schedule a delivery date.
  • Can my purchases be delivered at a time that suits me?
    Yes, of course. Once the invoice is issued, the customer service representative shall contact you to set the earliest available time that suits you.
  • May I change the delivery date?
    Please contact customer service 48 hours before the previously scheduled delivery time to modify the appointment and schedule another appointment according to the days available in the delivery schedules.
  • Do you have delivery service outside Kuwait?
    Currently, we do not deliver furniture internationally, but we can deliver your purchases to the shipping site that you have booked.

  • How can I buy online?
    1. Create an account on our website.
    2. Choose the product you want to purchase.
    3. Then click on Add to Cart.
    4. If you desire to add another product to the cart, please click on continue shopping.
    5. Then click on continue with purchase.
    6. Then click on complete the process.
    7. If you encounter any problem during the shopping process, do not hesitate to contact the support team via WhatsApp, as it is ready to serve you on an hourly basis.
  • How can I know if the application has been accepted or not?
    A confirmation message shall be sent stating the success of purchase via email or WhatsApp.
  • Are there any restrictions or conditions on quantity or value of online purchase?
    There is no limit to online purchases.

  • What payment methods do you have for purchasing online?
    We accept all credit cards, KNET, Apple Pay, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay.
  • What are the purchasing methods in installment system?
    Tabby, Tamara, and Bay Talley
  • Do you have a payment service on delivery?
    Unfortunately, we do not have. We only deal via electronic payment methods.

  • How can I cancel an order?
    You can cancel your order by contacting customer service directly on hotline, or by sending the order number via email.
  • How can I exchange or return my purchase and refund the amount paid?

Can I go and collect the order myself?

Yes, the service of receiving orders in person is available in coordination and communication with customer service during the week, where you can communicate with a customer service representative to set a specific day for receipt. All you have to do is bring your order number with you and it shall be ready at the specified time.

After-sales Service

  • How can I track the order? Or how can check the status of order?
    You can do this by contacting customer service directly and giving them the order number to track on the status of order.
  • How can I be aware of new offers? Or if are there offers or not?

  • Do you have a customization service for (furniture / curtains / flooring)?
    We do not have a customization service. All of our products are ready-made by international factories and brands.
